At TEZI, we understand that privacy is essential for our clients — especially creators and entrepreneurs who value discretion about their coaching, mentorship, or partnership engagements with us. Many of our clients prefer the world not to know they receive behind-the-scenes guidance, hand-holding, or strategic support to shape or scale their business.
This Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines our commitment to protecting your privacy and keeping all information strictly confidential.
1. Our Confidentiality Commitment
When you work with TEZI, all information you share with us — whether during courses, mentorship, or partnership projects — is treated as strictly private. This includes:
Your personal details (name, contact information, etc.)
Business details, performance metrics, revenue figures
Strategies, systems, and frameworks we build for you
Any sensitive or proprietary information you disclose
We will never share, publish, or disclose these details to any third party without your express written consent, except where required by law.
2. No Public Association Without Consent
We will not:
Use your name, brand, or likeness in our marketing without your approval
Publicly state that you are our client unless you agree
Share case study details that can identify you without written permission
If we do use success stories or results for marketing purposes, all identifying information will be removed unless you approve otherwise.
3. Exceptions to Confidentiality
Confidentiality will not apply to information that:
Becomes publicly known through no fault of TEZI
Is already in our possession without restriction before disclosure
Is required to be disclosed by law or government authority
4. Duration of Confidentiality
This Agreement remains in effect during the course of our engagement and continues indefinitely after the engagement ends.
5. Mutual Respect
We expect the same confidentiality from you regarding our proprietary methods, systems, and materials shared during our work together. These remain the intellectual property of TEZI and cannot be shared, resold, or distributed without our written consent.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of DUBAI. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of this jurisdiction.
