1:1 private mentorship

4. Payments & Refunds

All prices are listed in USD.
Payments must be made in full or via approved installment plans before access is granted.
Due to the nature of digital and coaching services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless stated otherwise in writing.
For performance partnerships, additional contract terms apply, including revenue share agreements.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, templates, and systems provided by TEZI remain our intellectual property.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own business.
You may not copy, distribute, sell, or publicly share our materials without written consent.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for applying the strategies and systems taught.
We do not guarantee any specific financial results, as success depends on your own actions and market conditions.
For performance partnerships, you agree to provide accurate, timely sales data and uphold your commitments as outlined in the partnership contract.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all private information, trade secrets, and business data confidential, unless required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

TEZI and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to Services if you breach these Terms, fail to make payments, or engage in conduct detrimental to TEZI’s reputation or other clients.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of this jurisdiction.
